Refund Policy

Our exchange and returns policy aims to provide the customer with complete security in relation to products purchased from us. TrendHaus . All of our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and we exchange products that were different from what was ordered by the customer.

Deadline for requesting exchanges and returns:
The deadline for requesting an exchange or return is 7 calendar days after receiving the product. Any request made outside this period will be refused.

Procedures for exchange or return:
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or different from what was ordered, follow the following steps to exchange or return it:

  1. Contact our support team via email sac@trendhaus.com.br , stating the reason for the exchange or return and attaching clear photos of the product and packaging.
  2. Wait for an analysis by our service team, which will evaluate your case within 7 working days.
  3. If the exchange or return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for sending the product to our address. The product must be sent in the same condition in which it was received, together with the original packaging.
  4. Upon receiving the product, our team will evaluate the conditions and proceed with the exchange or return according to your choice.

Exchange options:
If the exchange is approved, you will be able to choose one of the following options:

  • Receive a new product equal to the one ordered;
  • Receive a product of similar value;
  • Receive a coupon with the value of the product to use on future purchases.

Reimbursement:
If you choose a refund, it will be made in the same way as the payment was made. In the case of a credit card, the refund will be made directly on the card statement. In the case of PIX or bank slip, the refund will be made by deposit into the customer's current account.

Shipping costs:
The first return or exchange will be made at the expense of the TrendHaus . If there is a second return or exchange, the costs will be borne by the customer.

Attention:
We do not exchange or return products that show signs of misuse, alteration or damage caused by the customer.
